Out of fairness to everyone on the team, we are requiring that all members of each team stay within the hotel block and each person is allotted one exception for whatever reason for the 2025 season

Some examples may include relatives in the area or just because. The request to opt out needs to be submitted by December 1st and approved . This ensures the team standing within the tournament will not be affected by the hotel number and will not be dropped by the tournament.
